Returns Policy

At The SLP Creative, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. This Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds for different product types.

Merchandise Items (via T-Shirt Mill Online Store)

All print-on-demand merchandise (such as t-shirts, mugs, and accessories) is fulfilled through our partner T-Shirt Mill.

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • As each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour selection.

  • For order issues, we will liaise with T-Shirt Mill to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Ready-to-go communications products

We stand by the quality of our ready-to-go items (such as lanyards and certain core word tools).

  • If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please notify us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Returns for change of mind are not available on ready-to-go communication products.

CUSTOMISED COMMUNICATIONS PRODUCTS

Many of our communication products (such as signage and custom boards) are designed specifically to meet your needs.

  • Due to their personalised nature, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once design approval has been given.

  • If your custom product arrives damaged or contains an error different from the approved design, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS

Digital downloads (such as aided language displays and professional development logs) are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

  • Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your order.

  • If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us for assistance.
