Delivery & Shipping

We’re proud to offer communication products and resources to customers across Australia. This page explains how shipping and delivery works for our different product types.

Merchandise Items (via T-Shirt Mill Online Store)

All merchandise (such as t-shirts, mugs, and accessories) is printed on demand and shipped directly from our fulfilment partner, T-Shirt Mill.

  • Standard production and dispatch time is usually 5–10 business days, with delivery times dependent on Australia Post.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: as each item is made to order, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels.

Ready-to-Go Communication Products

Ready-to-go items (such as lanyards and some core word tools) are dispatched from Mackay, Queensland.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product type, order size, and delivery address.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via Australia Post.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location — typically 3–7 business days within Queensland and 7–10 business days for other states.

Custom Communication Products

Many of our communication boards, signage, and other resources are custom-made to suit your needs.

  • Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.

  • On enquiry for a custom communication product, any shipping costs required will be included as part of the quotation.

  • Once completed, your custom product will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.

Digital Download Products

Digital downloads (such as aided language displays and professional development logs) are delivered instantly via email once payment is confirmed.

  • No shipping fees apply to digital products.

  • If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to get your order to you quickly. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. Australia Post delays, supply chain issues). If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing it so we can advise on the best options.
